We make commercially reasonable efforts to limit the collection of personal information to what is necessary for the purposes stated in this policy. If we intend to use your information in any way other than the originally stated purpose, we will seek your consent beforehand.

- Only authorized school IDs/ Cluster IDs / Block IDs/ District IDs & State admin IDs are used while enabling the users to log into the application.
The Passwords are encrypted and stored.
Transactional Information:
To provide features of the solution in-line with the department’s objectives, we may collect, that too with the user’s prior permission, Information regarding their location and access to device's camera for enabling them to upload the images as part of fulfilling the responsibilities with the exact location where such responsibilities are performed. No other mobile device feature is accessed or required for usage of the app:
- The App is equipped with standard security features to protect the confidentiality and security of the information.
- Data is encrypted in transit as well as at rest and stored in encrypted format within APMEPMA environment and is used only for the intended purpose.
- All sensitive data is masked.
- Role based access is provided (ACLS) to the Data by the App.
- Any information that is transmitted between the mobile app and server is protected by using SSL against privacy leaks and data theft. This ensures that user data is protected with strict security measures. The communication protocol is encrypted by Transport Layer Security (TLS). TLS and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) are cryptographic protocols that ensure data privacy over various communication channels.
- We may disclose user information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or legal / administrative process as warranted by the department.
- This information /Data is retained by APMEPMA, as per its requirement.
- If any of the users no longer wish to use the App, such users are free to delete the App in concurrence with department’s authorities.
- By using this application, users are consenting to the processing of the information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and which may be amended from time to time in-line with APMEPMA’s objectives with prior approvals.
- The application is meant for use by the targeted audience only. Misuse by non-targeted users should be prevented by owner of the device, i.e., mobile, computer and/or any internet connected device.

- We may send the users push notifications/ alerts from time to time regarding their account or the updates in line with the department’s needs and objectives. If any of the users wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, such users may turn them off in their respective device’s settings in concurrence with department authorities.
